SORRY! The last-minute deadline has now passed and acceptance of for-sale property line listings is closed.

For-sale property line listings are the 25-word-or-less entries that describes a property and appears in the Tour’s guide book. Line listings are open to any for-sale property within St. Louis city limits. There are no restrictions on who can purchase them — the listings can be placed either by the property’s real estate agent or the property owner.

The fee for each property listing is $15.00. If you are listing lofts or a multi-family property, the fee is $15.00 for each unit that will be held open for the Tour. We are again providing flexible open house hours this year and a "by appointment" choice is also offered. You will find these choices in the form when you submit your listing information. Whatever timeframe you choose, you must agree to hold the property open for the full time chosen.

All participating real estate agents and property owners are expected to report to the starting point, Mullanphy ILC Elementary School, 4221 Shaw Boulevard between 8:30 and 10:00 AM on Sunday, March 29, 2009 to pick up tour packets. These packets are provided to each participant for each listed property that appears on the Tour.

Yard Signs

Back by popular demand! These special open house yard signs, first introduced in 2008, were an overwhelming success so we are once again making them available! Each sign, offered for display in the listed property’s front yard, is made from durable, weather-resistant poly-coated material and comes with a wireframe.

When you fill out the for-sale property line listing form, make sure to check the box if you desire a yard sign for that property. We will be ordering a limited supply and they will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and will be provided only to those who have checked the box on the line listing form.

For-Sale Property Line Listings

Basic criteria for line listings:

• For-sale properties must be located within the St. Louis city limits
• Descriptions are limited to approximately 25 words, no abbreviations.
• Open house hours are between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You must hold open the property for the time that is published in the Guide Book. [see form for choices]

How to buy:

• Decide how many listings you need and select appropriate listing packages [remember: if you purchase three listings, you get the 4th one free, purchase eight listings, you are getting two listings for free].
• If you need three listings, purchase One Listing and Two Listing packages. If you need 10 listings, purchase Eight Listing and Two Listing packages; and so on.
• First, pay for your chosen listing packages by clicking the "Add to Cart" Paypal button. Always pay BEFORE you submit your listing information.
• After paying, please send us an email with the addresses for which you paid. Street address and zip, one address per line. Include the name and contact info provided to PayPal. You must provide the listing address[es] in this way as it is the only way we can match your payment to your listing.
• Finally, submit your listing information through BBT listing form. A link to that form is in the right hand column in the chart below. Make sure to proofread all the information you are supplying to us. We cannot be held responsible for typos in addresses, phone numbers or other details that are provided incorrectly.

withdrawing a property from the tour:

Notify us immediately if a listed property has sold and therefore must be withdrawn from the Tour. We will remove the cancelled listing from the guide book [or otherwise indicate the property will not be held open] up until the book goes to press.
